What we collect

If you call or visit to make an enquiry, we keep the details you give us — your name, phone number and what you tell us about your pet. Nothing else.

We use your details to answer your enquiry and to prepare for a booking or meet-and-greet. Your information is only used for the purpose you gave it.

We do not sell your details, share them with marketers, or use them for advertising. This site carries no third-party tracking.

Only as long as your enquiry and legal obligations require — then it is deleted.

Call us if you would like to know what we hold or to have something corrected.
